CASE: BUILDING & ACTIVATING A PLAN
As the President of a North American company stabilized his business, he set out to build a long-term plan, with clear annual focus areas to accelerate growth and value to shareholders.
We collaboratively assessed the current state of the business, with an environmental scan and internal stakeholder consultations to uncover opportunities.
We zoomed out on long-term value-creating opportunities and zoomed-in on details to create a 5-Year Plan with Annual Focus Areas. We redesigned the organizational structure to align with, and effectively deliver, the strategy. Implementation was embedded with change management practices to ensure success.
